Police in Los Angeles have confirmed that they have arrested one man in connection with a shooting that left rapper Young Dolph in a critical but stable condition. 43-year-old Corey McClendon was detained near the scene on Monday, September 26 Billboard reports.

Officer Irma Mota stated that McClendon was arrested on suspicion of attempted murder. Police are believed to be still looking for two other suspects in connection with the shooting.
The incident occurred outside the Loews Hollywood Hotel, when Dolph got into an altercation with three men. The Memphis rapper fell to the ground, and one of the man reportedly fired at him multiple times. According to police officials, Dolph ran into a local business while the suspects fled.
Speaking on Wednesday, Los Angeles Police Chief Charlie Beck told KABC-TV Dolph was “targeted because of who he is and some kind of beef that’s ongoing. I think this was something he brought with him from across the United States.”
Though TMZ reported that Yo Gotti was implicated in the shooting, L.A.P.D. Public Information Officer Sal Ramirez denied the claim to Pitchfork.
In February, the Memphis rapper was shot at over 100 times while in Charlotte, North Carolina. He was uninjured in that shooting, reportedly thanks to his $300,000 bulletproof SUV.

JIM CARREY LATE GF'S MOM SAYS NO MORE LIES ... YOU HAD STDS!!!

Jim Carrey's lawyer, Marty Singer, tells TMZ: "This is just another desperate attempt by the attorney after Cathriona White’s own family distanced themselves from this sham lawsuit yesterday.  These distortions and false statements by the attorney do a disservice to Cathriona’s memory and to the truth.  Cat White’s biological mother, Brigid Sweetman acknowledged in writing that she received death threats because people believed she was responsible for Cat’s death. From Juliana Taiwo-Obalonye, Abuja The Federal Government has revealed plans to adopt a new approach to recover stolen funds stashed abroad. Minister of Foreign Affairs, Geoffrey Onyeama, who briefed State House Correspondents at the end of the Federal Executive Council (FEC) meeting, yesterday, said the approach was to negotiate directly with the Ministry or Department of Justice of the United States of America or other judicial agencies in the countries where looted funds from Nigeria were being kept, instead of hiring expensive lawyers. He said other countries where the government has been working assiduously to repatriate stolen funds included the United Arab Emirates, Germany and Liechtenstein. He, however, did not say how much money had been stolen from the country so far. “It’s an ongoing thing, we have been discovering all the time because you see the sophistication that there is today in hiding money around the world is amazing, even western countries themselves have a lot o
